You will take full ownership of BMS project delivery, working closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and end clients to ensure successful outcomes in critical environments.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nManage BMS projects from design through installation, commissioning, and handover.\n\nTake full responsibility for programme, cost control, and quality delivery.\n\nCoordinate engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers across multiple live projects.\n\nAct as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.\n\nIdentify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.\n\nEnsure all works comply with health & safety, quality, and industry standards.\n\nProvide regular progress reports to senior management.\n\nExperience & Requirements:\n\nProven experience as a BMS Project Manager, ideally within data centres or critical environments.\n\nStrong technical knowledge of BMS systems and integration with M&E services.\n\nExcellent organisational and leadership skills.\n\nStrong commercial awareness and budget management experience.\n\nAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.\n\nPackage:\n\nCompetitive, open salary depending on experience\n\nAnnual bonus\n\nCompany car or car allowance\n\nPrivate healthcare\n\nPension
