A leading £500m turnover MEP contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to deliver a prestigious £150m commercial construction project located in the heart of Fleet Street, London.

The Role

As Mechanical Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the mechanical services package from pre-construction through to final handover, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Include:

* Managing the mechanical services scope on a major commercial project

* Leading and coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

* Overseeing design coordination and technical compliance

* Managing programme, procurement, and cost control

* Ensuring health & safety, quality, and commissioning standards are met

* Working closely with the Project Director, commercial team, and client representatives

About You:

* Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager on large commercial projects

* Background working for a recognised MEP or building services contractor

* Strong technical knowledge of mechanical building services

* Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills

* Track record of delivering projects to programme and budget

* SMSTS and relevant mechanical qualifications
