Mechanical Project Manager\n\nLocation: Central London\n Company: Tier 1 Engineering Contractor (£80m Annual Turnover)\n Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 + Travel + Bonus\n\nOverview\n\nA Tier 1 engineering contractor with an annual turnover of £80 million is looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to support delivery across a strong pipeline of commercial and data centre projects in Central London.\n\nThe business is known for high technical standards, repeat clients and consistent project flow. This role offers long-term stability, exposure to complex schemes and the opportunity to work within a well-structured project delivery team.\n\nThe Role\n\nYou will take full responsibility for the mechanical package on allocated projects, managing delivery from early-stage planning through to commissioning and handover.\n\nKey duties include:\n\nManaging mechanical building services projects from pre-construction to completion\n\nCoordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site teams\n\nOverseeing programme, quality and health & safety compliance\n\nReviewing technical drawings, specifications and design information\n\nMonitoring project costs, variations and reporting\n\nWorking closely with clients, consultants and internal teams\n\nDriving commissioning, testing and final handover processes\n\nRequirements\n\nProven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within an M&E or building services contractor\n\nStrong knowledge of HVAC, pipework and mechanical building services systems\n\nExperience delivering commercial and/or data centre projects \n\nAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and project deadlines\n\nGood commercial awareness and reporting skills\n\nStrong communication and leadership capability\n\nPackage & Benefits\n\n£75,000 - £85,000 basic salary\n\nTravel expenses covered\n\nPerformance-related bonus\n\nPension scheme\n\nLong-term career progression within a Tier 1 engineering contractor\n\nStrong pipeline of secured work\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Project Manager looking to join a financially strong contractor delivering technically demanding projects in Central London.\n\nIf you'd like more information or would like to be considered, please get in touch
