Business Development Manager – OEM
A leader in the industrial manufacturing/OEM space is hiring a Business Development Manager to cover a Texas and surrounding states territory. This role involves selling into major OEMs and engine manufacturers in the power and oil & gas markets. You'll drive new business, manage customer relationships, and travel extensively (~60%) to build the territory.
Must-Haves:
- Sales/business development experience
- Engine/OEM knowledge
- Mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to travel
Pluses:
- Oil & gas sales experience
- Data center power knowledge
- CRM proficiency
Compensation: Competitive with uncapped commissions. Mid-six figures OTE.
Location: Remote, based in Texas/surrounding states.
