A global specialist staffing firm serving the telecom, data center, and technology sectors is expanding its Mission Critical division across the US. We’re looking for an experienced 360 Recruiter who can build, grow, and fully own a revenue‑generating niche within the data center / mission critical space.

What You’ll Do:

  • Run a full 360 desk with a strong focus on new business development and client acquisition
  • Build and manage relationships with operators, contractors, engineering firms, and commissioning providers
  • Source, qualify, and place high‑demand technical talent across the full project lifecycle
  • Expand existing accounts and open new revenue streams within your niche
  • Shape your desk strategy with autonomy, backed by a collaborative global team

What You Bring:

  • Proven 360 recruiting experience within a staffing agency (required)
  • Experience recruiting in data centers, mission critical, MEP, commissioning, or technical engineering
  • Strong business development skills and a consultative, solutions‑driven approach
  • Ability to build long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates
  • A competitive mindset and the drive to grow and dominate a niche market
