What we are looking for ?

We are looking for a Commercial Real Estate Lending Attorney with 4+ years of experience to join our dynamic and growing firm. We are seeking an entrepreneurial, hands-on lawyer who is capable of running sophisticated deals independently from start to finish. This is a critical role to support our robust and expanding pipeline of lender-side transactions for our existing private lender and developer clients. You will have direct client interaction and the opportunity to work on creative, non-template deals, making a significant impact on our practice.

What will you be doing?

• Independently manage and run complex commercial real estate lending transactions from inception to closing.
• Draft and negotiate a wide range of loan documents for deals typically in the $100M+ range, including construction and mezzanine loans.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing creative legal solutions for sophisticated private lenders.
• Collaborate directly with partners and a highly skilled paralegal team in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
• Work on a variety of lender-side deals across the United States, primarily for industrial complexes and data centers.
