Compensation & Benefits Specialist – APAC (Total Rewards) - Singapore
Our client, a pioneering developer and operator of next-generation digital infrastructure, is seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits Specialist to support Total Rewards programmes across Asia Pacific. This role will ensure competitive, fair, and compliant compensation and benefits practices while supporting global frameworks and regional projects within one of the fastest-growing industries worldwide.
The Role
The Compensation & Benefits Specialist will play a key role in managing annual compensation cycles, supporting benefits programmes, and providing analysis to drive data-informed decision-making. Working closely with HR, Finance, and cross-functional teams, the successful candidate will oversee benchmarking, policy compliance, and reporting, ensuring alignment with business priorities and market competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation
- Support annual salary reviews, bonus planning, and compensation adjustments in Workday.
- Conduct benchmarking and job evaluations using global survey data.
- Partner with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition on offers, promotions, and mobility.
- Analyse pay equity and internal parity to ensure fairness and compliance.
- Maintain compensation structures and support global job architecture frameworks.
Benefits
- Assist in design, implementation, and administration of APAC benefits programmes.
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
- Manage relationships with brokers and vendors for renewals, claims, and service delivery.
- Support harmonisation and integration of benefits during organisational changes.
Analytics & Projects
- Develop dashboards and reporting for compensation and benefits metrics.
- Contribute to global and regional Total Rewards projects, including audits and policy reviews.
- Collaborate with HRIS, Finance, and Legal to ensure accuracy and alignment.
- Prepare executive-level reporting on compensation trends and insights.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 8+ years’ experience in compensation, HR, finance, or analytics.
- Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, lookups, modelling, scenario analysis).
- Experience with Workday HCM, including Advanced Compensation module.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Data centre or technology sector experience advantageous.
- Experience in supporting global organisations preferred.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) with strong communication skills.
