Construction Manager – Data Center (QA/QC Oversight)

Full-Time | Salary: $170,000 - $200,000 + Benefits (Accommodation & Travel Included)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee large-scale data center development in Michigan City, Indiana. This role focuses on end-to-end construction oversight with a strong emphasis on QA/QC processes (L0-L3), vendor coordination, and on-site leadership within a high-performance project environment.

This is a key leadership position supporting a major hyperscale data center program, totaling approximately 1GW of development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead construction oversight for a large-scale data center project
• Manage and monitor QA/QC processes across Levels 0-3 (L0-L3)
• Act as a central point of coordination between contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
• Ensure all construction activities meet quality, safety, and compliance standards
• Provide leadership within the construction trailer environment, fostering effective cohabitation and collaboration across teams
• Oversee project execution from a construction perspective, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
• Liaise with vendors to ensure equipment, materials, and installations meet project specifications
• Identify and resolve construction and quality issues proactively

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience in a Construction Manager or similar leadership role
• Strong background working on the construction side of projects (hands-on experience required)
• Demonstrated experience with data center construction
• Deep understanding of QA/QC processes (L0-L3)
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders, including vendors and subcontractors
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-value project environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
