We're Hiring: Construction Mechanical Engineering Manager Location: Onsite in Cheyenne, WY

Are you a seasoned mechanical engineer with a passion for construction and fieldwork? Do you thrive in dynamic environments where precision, leadership, and technical expertise converge? We’re looking for a Construction Mechanical Engineering Manager to join our team and lead quality assurance efforts across complex mechanical systems and installations.

What You’ll Do

• Interpret engineering drawings, vendor shop drawings, and schematics to ensure quality and reliability.
• Validate field installations against construction documents and specifications.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to anticipate and resolve design-related delays.
• Conduct inspections of piping, utilities, plumbing, HVAC systems, and mechanical equipment.
• Author non-conformance letters and detailed reports to uphold project standards.

️ What You Bring

• 10+ years in the construction industry, with at least 4 years of direct site experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (required).
• Strong background in commissioning, field quality control, and mechanical systems integration.
• Hands-on experience with water pumps, chillers, air handling units, plumbing, and airflow systems.
• Familiarity with EPMS, BAS, and controls systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical documentation.
• Proven track record managing general contractors and delivering complex projects safely and efficiently.

Bonus Points For

• Mechanical engineering license or certification.
• Experience with equipment vendors or light industrial projects.
• Data center experience (not required but appreciated).
