Please see more details below!\n\nOverview\n\nAn established civils and groundworks contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of major civils and groundworks packages on large-scale data centre developments across the South East and London regions.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional with a strong background in infrastructure, groundworks, reinforced concrete, and fast-paced commercial projects to join a contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nOversee multiple civils and groundworks projects from pre-construction through to completion.\nManage site teams including Site Managers, Engineers, Foremen, and subcontractors.\nEnsure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.\nLiaise closely with clients, consultants, and senior management teams.\nMonitor project performance, programme progress, procurement, and commercial reporting.\nReview RAMS, construction programmes, and temporary works procedures.\nDrive health & safety compliance and promote a positive safety culture across all projects.\nCoordinate labour, plant, materials, and subcontractor packages effectively.\nAttend client meetings, progress meetings, and internal planning reviews.\nSupport project delivery teams with technical and operational guidance.\n\nRequirements\n\nProven experience as a Contracts Manager within civils, groundworks, or infrastructure.\nPrevious experience delivering data centre, commercial, industrial, or major infrastructure projects.\nStrong understanding of groundworks, drainage, RC structures, external works, and infrastructure packages.\nExcellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and fast-track programmes simultaneously.\nSMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications required.\nTemporary Works knowledge beneficial.\nFull UK Driving Licence.\n\nWhat's on Offer\n\nCompetitive salary and package.\nLong-term pipeline of secured data centre projects.\nOpportunity to work on high-profile, technically challenging developments.\nCareer progression within a growing and reputable contractor.\nSupportive and collaborative working environment. \n\nContact Dan Confrey at PSR for more info
