About the Role

Early career recruiting opportunity the role involves conducting phone screens and initial candidate evaluations, ensuring a smooth hiring process from start to finish. Responsibilities

• Conduct phone screens and initial candidate evaluations
• Review resumes and verify certifications, experience, and work history
• Schedule interviews, orientations, and start dates
• Maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process
• Track sourcing activity and hiring progress within internal systems
• Assist operations and recruiting teams with workforce ramp-up efforts
• Support traveler mobilization efforts including:

• Currently enrolled college or university students encouraged to apply

Pay range and compensation package

$25.00 and hour for up to 30 hours a week
