A leading engineering contractor delivering complex M&E projects across Europe is seeking a QA/QC Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join their team for the 12-14 months of a major data centre project.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale, high-spec installations, ensuring all works meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

- Carry out routine inspections of electrical installations to verify quality and compliance.
- Manage snagging during scheduled walkdowns, surveillances, and observations.
- Ensure installations are snag-free ahead of client walkdowns and handovers.
- Oversee First-of-a-Kind (FOAK) process sign-offs.
- Maintain accurate document control of construction drawings, schedules, and specifications.
- Act as QA Owner for allocated scopes through construction, testing, inspection, and handover.
- Compile and manage turnover and handover packs.
- Control installation drawings and cable schedules for your scope.
- Represent the contractor during system and area turnover walkdowns.

Requirements:

- Strong background in QA/QC for electrical construction.
- Experience on data centre or large industrial projects.
- Solid commercial awareness and understanding of quality vs cost.
- Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Proactive and organised, with a drive to deliver snag-free work.
