A leading engineering contractor delivering complex M&E projects across Europe is seeking a QA/QC Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join their team for the 12-14 months of a major data centre project.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale, high-spec installations, ensuring all works meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out routine inspections of electrical installations to verify quality and compliance.

\n

• Manage snagging during scheduled walkdowns, surveillances, and observations.

\n

• Ensure installations are snag-free ahead of client walkdowns and handovers.

\n

• Oversee First-of-a-Kind (FOAK) process sign-offs.

\n

• Maintain accurate document control of construction drawings, schedules, and specifications.

\n

• Act as QA Owner for allocated scopes through construction, testing, inspection, and handover.

\n

• Compile and manage turnover and handover packs.

\n

• Control installation drawings and cable schedules for your scope.

\n

• Represent the contractor during system and area turnover walkdowns.

\n

Requirements:

\n
• Strong background in QA/QC for electrical construction.

\n

• Experience on data centre or large industrial projects.

\n

• Solid commercial awareness and understanding of quality vs cost.

\n

• Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental systems.

\n

• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

\n

• Proactive and organised, with a drive to deliver snag-free work.

\n
