Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer (Electrical Bias)\nLocation: Watford\nSalary: £46,000 + AP Allowances\nShift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (Days & Nights)\n\nWe are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer with a strong electrical bias to join a high-performing engineering team at a critical site near Watford. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a technically demanding environment, with significant investment in your professional development.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across critical systems\n\n * Fault finding and repair on electrical and mechanical systems\n\n * Ensure all plant and equipment operate efficiently and in compliance with site standards\n\n * Respond promptly to emergency situations and system failures\n\n * Work as part of a shift team to maintain 24/7 site operations\n\n * Maintain accurate records and comply with all health & safety procedures\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Fully qualified in Electrical Engineering (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)\n\n * Minimum 5 years’ maintenance experience within a commercial or critical environment (e.g. data centres, hospitals, banking sites)\n\n * Strong fault-finding ability and understanding of building services systems\n\n * Experience working in a high-pressure, mission-critical environment\n\nDesirable:\n\n * Authorised Person (AP) tickets (e.g.
