Location: Mobile South\ncovering Hampshire, Surrey,\nWiltshire 

Salary£39,000\n+ Overtime + Company\nVan

Working\nhours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 -\n17:00

Role\noverview

To ensure that the\ndelivery of electrical aspects are delivered in an effective,\nefficient and professional manner to the complete satisfaction of\nall of our customer/s. To ensure the installations are to current\nregulations and to be able to work as a team\nmember.

What\nyou'll\ndo:

  • Able\nto demonstrate a proven track record with (post apprenticeship)\nexperience of project installation\nwork.
  • Install and modify electrical components\nand systems to include 1st fix containment, 2nd fix\ninstallations, power & lighting,\nCommissioning.
  • To be able to carry out all\ntesting and inspection to enable the completion of\ncertification.
  • Assist the Project Manager /\nSupervisor with the required information to enable the compilation\nof estimates / quotations as required.
  • Conform\nto safety rules and apply good engineering and safety\npractices.
  • To be comfortable to install tray,\nladder, conduits etc. as per construction\ndrawings.
  • Must be willing to undertake company\nstandard internal training workshops and complete all mandatory\ntraining.
  • To provide information on progress of\nthe project as per Project Programme & to follow\nRAMS. 
  • Adherence to the Quality Management\nSystem applied to all M&E systems.
  • To keep\nadministration teams updated on any change of order when collecting\nmaterials from wholesalers.
  • To work as a team\nmember and to assist in developing relationships with all customers\nand potential new customers.
  • Ensuring\ncontinuous improvement and drive for value for\nmoney.
  • Willing to work in secure and sensitive\nenvironments.

What\nyou will\nneed:

  • Qualified\nto City & Guilds 2360 Part 1 & 2 or equivalent NVQ &\nC&G 2382 -10 18th Edition, minimum\nrequirements
  • C&G 2391-10 Inspection &\nTesting & C&G 2391-20 Design & Verification \nbut not required 
  • Experience of commercial\nelectrical installations.
  • Experience of\ninstallation of LV distribution\nsystems
  • Experience of DC /UPS system is not\nessential but is advantageous. 
  • Experience\nof safe working practices and permit to work\nsystems.
  •  Demonstrable skills in dealing\nand working closely with internal and external customers and\nsuppliers on complex and interrelated issues on an ongoing\nbasis
  • First Aid, IPAF and PASMA training will\nbe provided if required but advantageous if already\ncertified.
