Finance Manager

Our client, a global leader in the development and operation of high-performance data centres, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee accounting and financial reporting for their Thai subsidiaries. This is a key position within a fast-growing international organisation, offering the opportunity to contribute to financial governance, compliance, and operational excellence in one of the world’s fastest-expanding industries.

 

The Role

The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of accounting functions, including month-end closing, reporting, tax compliance, and audit coordination. The successful candidate will also ensure effective internal controls are in place, identify opportunities for process improvement, and work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full set of accounts, monthly closings, and management reporting.
  • Review expenses, input vouchers, and prepare financial statements.
  • Oversee approval workflows for Thai subsidiaries, including staff reimbursements.
  • Prepare and submit tax returns and corporate tax filings.
  • Liaise with auditors, company secretary, and consultants on audits and statutory filings.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen financial reporting.
  • Support ad-hoc finance assignments as required.

 

Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; CPA/ACCA or equivalent certification required.
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant accounting experience; exposure to Big 4 or listed companies advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of group accounting, tax compliance, and internal control frameworks.
  • Experience with US GAAP and SOX compliance preferred.
  • Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and process orientation.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Thai.
  • Active CPD license required.
