Finance Analyst

Our client, a global leader in the development and operation of high-performance data centres, is seeking an experienced Finance Analyst to support financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance across international markets. The Role

The Finance Analyst will assist in budgeting, reporting, and policy implementation, ensuring compliance with group standards, accounting principles, and tax requirements. The successful candidate will also contribute to the reconciliation of international accounting standards, support SAP implementation, and liaise with subsidiaries and auditors. This role is ideal for a finance professional looking to gain global exposure while contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Support budgeting activities, tracking performance against financial targets.
• Prepare monthly management reports and conduct variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, statutory, and tax requirements.
• Contribute to the review and update of group accounting policies.
• Perform reconciliations between US GAAP and IFRS.
• Assist with SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Monitor progress of government tax incentives.
• Provide ad-hoc finance support as required.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; CPA/ACCA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience; Big 4 or listed company background advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of accounting policies, tax compliance, and internal controls.
• Experience with US GAAP, IFRS, and SOX compliance desirable.
• Proficiency with SAP S/4HANA preferred.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with integrity under pressure.
