Foreman (Managing Security Installations at Data Centers)

Location: Michigan City, Indiana

Salary: $80k - $105k/year

Bright Mind's is seeking a Foreman to lead the field installation of physical security systems in data centers. This is a strong fit for someone with a low-voltage, electronic security, or structured cabling background who has previously stepped into leadership. We're looking for someone who already knows how to manage crews, coordinate installations, and ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule for us to always be invited back to the site again.

Requirements for the Foreman - Data Center Security Installation:

• 5–7 years of relevant experience (low-voltage, electronic security, fire alarms / life safety systems, and / or building automations.
• Experience with physical security systems such as: Access control, CCTV / video surveillance, Intrusion detection.
• Knowledge of wiring methods, running conduit, raceway, J-hooks, and labeling standards.
