Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

  • Conduct assessments to understand the unique dynamics of couples and families.

  • Facilitate therapy sessions for couples, as well as individual sessions to address personal issues within the familial context.

    • \n

  • Specialize in various therapeutic areas, such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, job stress, medical issues, blended family dynamics, and more.

  • Implement evidence-based interventions and therapeutic techniques tailored to meet the needs of your clients.

    • \n

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic treatment for clients.

    • \n

  • Document client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on assisting couples, families, and individuals from diverse backgrounds, addressing complex issues affecting their mental health and relationships. You will work closely with both adult and child/adolescent populations, tailoring your approach to meet their specific developmental and emotional needs.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must possess:

  • A current and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts.

  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compassion Core Services offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to USD 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide:
