You will primarily serve adults and adolescents experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

- A minimum of 3 years of professional counseling experience, with a focus on outpatient mental health services.
- A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.
- Possession of a valid counseling license within the state of Oregon (such as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or an equivalent license).
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a strong commitment to client-centered care.
- Excellent organizational skills for maintaining accurate documentation and client records.

Experience\n
While the minimum required experience is 3 years, candidates with specialized training in trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and other evidence-based therapeutic modalities are highly desired. Compensation and Benefits\n
