Patient Population / Client Focus\n
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Life Care Psychotherapy Services, you will work primarily with an adult patient population presenting a range of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety disorders, substance abuse, and eating disorders. You will leverage a deep understanding of mental health disorders and cultural competencies to approach therapy from a client-centered perspective, ensuring that every individual feels heard, respected, and empowered in their healing process.
Qualifications\n

- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.
- A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling or therapy.
- In-depth understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.
- Experience in providing both individual and group therapy with an emphasis on cultural inclusivity.
- Strong crisis management skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Compensation and Benefits\n
