Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct intake assessments and establish therapeutic rapport with clients, ensuring to evaluate risk factors such as suicidality.

  • Facilitate discharge planning from the day of admission, collaborating with clients to ensure they are equipped with coping skills, transition plans, and understand available resources.

  • Engage in regular communication with the Utilization Review Department and external stakeholders, ensuring you are abreast of authorization and payment processes.
  • \n

  • Utilize our electronic medical records system for timely and thorough documentation of sessions, ensuring all records are completed at the time of service.
  • \n

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, returning calls and emails within two hours during operational hours, fostering strong therapeutic relationships.
  • \n

  • Participate in weekly treatment team meetings to discuss patient progress, set weekly treatment goals, and provide additional clinical support to team members as required.
  • \n

  • Develop and facilitate admission assessments for new clients utilizing a welcoming and professional approach.
  • \n

  • In times of crisis, manage and de-escalate situations effectively, providing the necessary support to both clients and staff.
  • \n

Qualifications\n
