We are looking for an experienced marketing leader to own the marketing strategy and execution for Amazon Music in Europe (UK, DE, FR, IT, ES) and Australia/New Zealand. This role offers a unique opportunity to build long-term strategy, drive operational excellence, and directly influence Amazon Music’s success in one of the world’s largest music streaming markets. You will bring broad experience leading marketing efforts for consumer-facing technology products/services, an ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving and quickly evolving environment, and an understanding what the most impactful levers are to allow your to drive maximum impact.

Key job responsibilities
• Own end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for EUANZ, directly managing or overseeing Growth Marketing, Brand & Social, Audience Development, Product Marketing, and Content Marketing activity across multiple countries.
• Lead and develop a team of marketers with an extensive regional budget, deploying resources for maximum impact against regional growth goals.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with Prime, Prime Video, Alexa, Stores and Devices teams in EUANZ, identifying and unlocking growth opportunities across their funnels and properties
• Partner closely with local Music Industry and Global Content teams to leverage local content, artists and cultural moments to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
• Maintain a deep understanding of business performance through robust mechanisms and metrics, proactively identifying and root-causing defects and driving rapid iteration.
• Represent EUANZ Marketing in global planning processes, influence global strategy with regional insights and advocate for regional priorities and resources.
• Develop recommendations for new growth initiatives and programs that scale customer growth in the region.
• Build a culture of experimentation, driving rapid test-and-learn cycles and scaling wins across the region and globally.
