About the Role

The Human Resource System Analyst will maintain the integrity and reliability of the organization’s HRIS, ensuring applications meet the needs, requirements, and objectives for Kingspan Companies.

What You’ll Do

  • System Maintenance: Resolving daily support requests and assisting with HRIS projects. Tracking, routing, and redirecting problems to correct resources.
  • Compliance: Ensure system compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, labor laws, Kingspan Compliance & policies, and Audit requirements, including but not limited to Kingspan, System, and Security.
  • End User Assistance: Prepares training Materials, guides, and documentation. Provides user training and hands-on support.
  • User Experience Enhancement: Analyze and improve HR System, ensuring intuitive workflows and employee–friendly interfaces.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify, investigate, and resolve system, end-user, or configuration issues.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline operations and enhance system performance.
  • Maintaining Expertise: Continuous education on overall system components, updates, and best practices.
  • Follow the Group Code of Conduct and Group Compliance.
  • Follow Compliance requirements per “KNA-SOP-1705 Compliance Roles and Responsibilities.”
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

Additional Expectation

  • Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
  • Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.
  • Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.
  • Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is .
  • 2-3 years’ experience as a Human Resources Administrator, Generalist, or Assistant Roles.
  • SHRM-CP certification .
  • Bilingual Spanish, .

Technology Skills:

  • 2- 3 years’ experience with software systems, UKG .
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.), with advanced skills .

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Action-oriented and organized with strong attention to detail, accuracy, prioritization, and excellent follow-through skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information with demonstrated integrity in all (internal and external) business interactions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with employees at all levels.

  • Strength & Mobility: This position primarily involves seated work, with occasional standing or walking as needed. Must be able to exert up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally, up to 5 lbs. frequently, and a negligible amount constantly to lift, carry, push, or pull objects.
  • Dexterity & Coordination: Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, handling documents, operating office equipment, and interacting with digital tools.
  • Visual & Auditory Requirements: Requires specific vision abilities, including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus for reading, computer work, and document review.
  • Cognitive & Communication Demands: Requires sustained mental focus, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Effective verbal and written communication, including collaborating with others, phone calls, emails, and in-person discussions.
  • Work Environment: Typical office setting with controlled lighting, temperature, and noise levels.
