Reports to: VP, Head of HR
Location: Dallas, Hybrid
The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting all aspects of the HR function—including employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and the processing of timely and accurate payroll tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Support
- Prepare onboarding and offboarding documentation for new hires and exiting employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process payroll semi-monthly for US and European based employees.
- Administer and track employee benefits enrollment and respond to basic inquiries.
- Assist in performance review and employee evaluation processes.
- Help enforce company policies and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Coordinate employee training sessions, staff meetings, and engagement activities.
Office Administration
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail related to Human Resources.
- Assist the accounting team with corporate card transaction review, vendor invoicing, and petty cash management.
- Support company events, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements.
Qualifications:
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field .
- Experience: 3-5 years in an HR, office administration, or generalist role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and office management procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HRIS or payroll software is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Skills & Attributes:
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.
