The Inside Sales Manager serves as the high-energy frontline of our growth engine, architecting the first impression for prospective customers and driving the full inside sales lifecycle. This is a technical "hunter" role designed for a professional who can transition seamlessly from high-level business development to deep-dive technical consultations involving low-voltage power distribution, metering concepts, and industrial communication protocols. You will not only pursue and qualify incoming leads but will actively drive the relationship—leading technical sales calls, navigating complex negotiations, and managing detailed proposals to ensure our solutions are perfectly integrated with client PLC/HMI and networking architectures. If you are a technically fluent self-starter ready to take ownership of project lifecycles across the US and Canada, we want you on our team.

Inside Sales Manager Requirements/Competencies:
- Technical & Sales Experience: A background in Electrical or IT systems, or at least 2 years of technical sales/business development experience, with a focus on electrical equipment and the power management sector.
- Industry & Market Knowledge: Proven experience managing electrical projects with End Users, OEMs, and Integrators; specific experience within the industrial, data center, or utility segments is highly .
- Communication & Presentation Mastery: Ability to translate complex technical information for non-technical audiences, with the confidence to deliver video-recorded presentations and lead both remote and in-person meetings.
- Strategic Proposal & Project Skills: Skilled in project management, technical proposal writing, and tender processing, including the ability to coordinate effectively with remote teams and stakeholders.
- Professional Drive & Soft Skills: A persistent, success-driven professional with strong internal and external social networking skills who remains open and constructive in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
- Continuous Learning & Adaptation: A strong willingness to master new tools, stay current on industry trends/best practices, and engage in ongoing skills development to drive market success.
Inside Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead & Qualification: Proactively research, qualify, and reach out to target customers via LinkedIn, email, and phone to identify new business, bidding, and proposal opportunities.
- Customer Engagement: Manage all inbound/outbound communications to answer technical questions, provide additional documentation, and align your educational background with prospective customer needs.
- Performance & Sales Execution: Operate within a structured, metric-based environment to achieve daily outreach quotas, close sales, and meet monthly revenue targets.
- Channel & Market Strategy: Support partner channels to optimize the market mix by geography and product group while measuring the effectiveness of go-to-market messaging and value propositions.
- Administrative & Product Mastery: Maintain accurate customer management records (CRM), stay current on product advancements, and qualify leads for upcoming events and announcements.
