Since 1963, Sheakley has been a leader in safety management outsourcing. We are seeking an experienced Construction Safety Manager to oversee safety operations for our client in Lancaster, TX. This role is an excellent opportunity for a LOTO Coordinator with a strong background in construction safety to make a lasting impact on a high-profile project.

Position Details

• Hourly Rate: $50-52/hr

• Per Diem: No perdiem

• Completion Bonus: $150/month

• Pay Frequency: Weekly

• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:00AM-5:30PM

Project Scope

This safety role will be overseeing the LOTO program at the Data Center in Lancaster. The program has already been created, but the client needs someone to implement it with all subcontractors.

Qualifications

• LOTO experince

• OSHA 30 or higher Certification

• 5+ years of construction safety experience

• Must pass a background check

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments

• Support incident investigations, report findings, and implement corrective actions

• Deliver safety training and for employees, subcontractors, and new hires

• Collaborate with project teams to proactively identify safety risks and mitigate hazards

• Maintain safety performance, incident, and compliance documentation and reports

• Promote a safety-first culture across all levels of the organization

Skills & Knowledge

Skills:

• Excellent public speaking and communication abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Professionalism and confidentiality with sensitive information

Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of EHS and industry regulatory standards in construction

• Ability to effectively communicate safety principles and regulations
