M&E Project Manager – Data Centre Project – East London\n\nWe are currently looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee the electrical package on a data centre project in East London, working alongside a well-established M&E Contractor.\n\nThis is a site-based role (in site office) managing electrical installations through to commissioning and handover on a fast-paced, technically demanding project.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Oversee and manage the electrical package from pre-construction through to completion\n\n * Coordinate subcontractors, labour, materials, and programme requirements\n\n * Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards\n\n * Attend and lead site meetings with the client, consultants, and subcontractors\n\n * Manage RAMS, technical submittals, RFIs, and progress reporting\n\n * Liaise closely with mechanical teams to ensure smooth coordination across all services\n\n * Monitor installation quality and ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards\n\n * Support commissioning activities and final project handover\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Proven experience working as an Electrical Project Manager on large-scale commercial or industrial projects\n\n * Previous data centre experience would be highly advantageous\n\n * Strong electrical background with good understanding of mechanical services\n\n * Experience working for M&E Contractors\n\n * Ability to manage programme deadlines and coordinate multiple trades on site\n\nThe successful candidate will be joining a busy project team on a high-profile development with an immediate start available
