Mechanical Construction Manager\n\nLocation: Central London\nRate: Up to £350 per day (for the right candidate)\nStart: Immediate / ASAP\nContract: Freelance\n\nCompany\n\nA well-established mechanical contractor with a strong track record of delivering complex packages across residential, data centre, and commercial developments is looking to appoint a Mechanical Construction Manager for a project in Central London.\n\nThe company is known for running well-organised sites and expects high standards in return.\n\nRole\n\nYou will take responsibility for managing the day-to-day site delivery of the mechanical package, coordinating labour and subcontractors, driving programme, and ensuring quality and safety targets are met.\n\nKey Duties\n\n * \n\n Oversee mechanical installation works on site\n\n * \n\n Manage and coordinate supervisors, operatives, and subcontractors\n\n * \n\n Monitor progress against programme and report to the Project Manager\n\n * \n\n Ensure works are delivered in line with drawings and specifications\n\n * \n\n Maintain high standards of health & safety\n\n * \n\n Manage inspections, snagging, and readiness for commissioning\n\nEssential Experience\n\nTo be considered, candidates must have strong, proven experience in:\n\n * \n\n Pipework installations\n\n * \n\n Cooling systems\n\n * \n\n Heating systems\n\n * \n\n Plumbing\n\nApplicants without this background will not be considered.\n\nWhat’s on Offer\n\n * \n\n Day rate up to £350 depending on experience\n\n * \n\n Immediate start\n\n * \n\n Opportunity to work with a respected contractor on a high-profile London scheme
