MSP IT Support Specialist - Remote + Onsite (Arizona Based Only)

This position is best suited for a Tier 1-Tier 2 support engineer who enjoys troubleshooting a variety of environments and technologies.

Gallop Technology Group is a 22-year-old Managed Service Provider helping small and mid-sized businesses-primarily law firms-manage and secure their technology.

We are growing and looking for an IT Support Specialist who enjoys solving problems, helping people, and working with modern technology in a supportive team environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide remote and occasional onsite technical support for clients

  • Troubleshoot and resolve computer, network, and software issues

  • Assist with technology implementations, upgrades, and projects

  • Manage and document support tickets and project work

  • Maintain and follow a daily schedule of support tasks and projects

  • Deliver excellent service and help clients feel confident about their technology

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant IT experience (MSP experience )

  • Employment is contingent on passing a background check and meeting company compliance requirements (required)

  • Reliable transportation is required for occasional onsite client visits

  • Quiet home office environment with reliable high-speed internet

  • Arizona-based applicants only

 

Experience

  • Cybersecurity knowledge or strong interest in security

  • Experience with Datto PSA / RMM

  • Experience with Hyper-V

  • MSP support environment experience

 

Work Environment & Schedule

  • Work from home with occasional onsite client visits

  • Monday – Friday: 8:15 AM – 5:30 PM

  • Half-day Saturday every 5–7 weeks

  • On-call rotation every 5–7 weeks

  • Weekly Friday team meeting at 8:00 AM

We strongly respect personal time. After-hours contact is extremely rare (typically only a couple times per year outside of scheduled on-call).
