Procurement / Supply Chain Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Procurement / Supply Chain Manager to lead sourcing, supplier management, supply planning, fulfillment optimization, and procurement initiatives within a fast-paced technology and manufacturing environment. This individual will partner closely with Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Product Development, and Fulfillment teams to ensure cost-effective procurement, supply continuity, operational efficiency, and successful customer delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing, procurement, and supply chain strategies that support business objectives.
  • \n

  • Lead competitive sourcing activities, supplier evaluations, and vendor selection processes.
  • \n

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and supplier agreements to achieve favorable business outcomes.
  • \n

  • Manage supplier relationships, performance metrics, and ongoing business reviews.
  • \n

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support new product introductions (NPI), manufacturing, fulfillment, and operational initiatives.
  • \n

  • Support demand planning and supply planning activities to ensure product availability and alignment with business requirements.
  • \n

  • Translate business and operational requirements into effective supplier contracts and commercial agreements.
  • \n

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities, process improvements, and supply chain efficiencies across procurement and fulfillment operations.
  • \n

  • Drive standardization and continuous improvement of fulfillment processes across the end-to-end order lifecycle.
  • \n

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve order fulfillment performance from order receipt through delivery, installation, go-live, and customer acceptance.
  • \n

  • Monitor supplier performance related to quality, delivery, cost, and service levels.
  • \n

  • Analyze fulfillment and supply chain performance metrics to identify opportunities to improve lead times, customer satisfaction, and operational effectiveness.
  • \n

  • Support products and solutions that may require customization, specialized engineering, or advanced cooling technologies, which can impact supply, delivery, and payment cycles.
  • \n

  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and business teams to minimize risk and ensure contract compliance.
  • \n

  • Analyze spending trends, supplier capabilities, market conditions, and operational performance to support strategic decision-making.
  • \n

  • Drive resolution of sourcing, supply, fulfillment, and supplier-related challenges.
  • \n

Qualifications

\n

    \n
  • 10+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain management, global operations, fulfillment, or supplier management.
  • \n

  • Strong experience with demand planning, supply planning, procurement processes, and supplier management.
  • \n

  • Proven experience negotiating contracts and managing strategic supplier relationships.
  • \n

  • Experience supporting end-to-end supply chain and fulfillment operations in manufacturing, technology, or product development environments.
  • \n

  • Strong understanding of procurement, fulfillment, logistics, and supply chain operations.
  • \n

  • Demonstrated success leading process improvement, operational efficiency, or fulfillment standardization initiatives.
  • \n

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • \n

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience evaluating spend data, supplier performance, and operational metrics.
  • \n

  • Proficiency with ERP, procurement, supply chain, or planning systems.
  • \n

Qualifications

\n

    \n
  • Experience within technology, electronics, hardware, manufacturing, semiconductor, data center, or cloud infrastructure industries.
  • \n

  • Knowledge of global sourcing, supplier management, and fulfillment operations.
  • \n

  • Experience with Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes, including order management, fulfillment, delivery, invoicing, and customer acceptance.
  • \n

  • Understanding of complex delivery environments involving customized products, integrated solutions, or advanced cooling technologies.
  • \n

  • Professional certifications such as CPSM, CSCP, APICS, or CPM are a plus.
  • \n
