Product Manager – Manufacturing

Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)

Compensation: $100,000–$120,000 annually + 10% Bonus Opportunity

This is an opportunity to manage complex, multimillion-dollar projects from proposal through commissioning while working alongside engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and construction teams to deliver industry-leading infrastructure solutions.

*This is NOT a software product management role. We are seeking an engineering/construction Project Manager with experience in industrial HVAC, mechanical systems, packaged equipment, manufacturing, or data center infrastructure.

What You'll Do

\n

    \n
  • Manage projects from proposal and contract award through engineering, fabrication, installation, commissioning, and project closeout.
  • \n

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • \n

  • Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, scheduling, and field execution teams.
  • \n

  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts (ETC/EAC), and risk mitigation plans.
  • \n

  • Lead customer meetings, negotiate contract changes, and manage change orders.
  • \n

  • Monitor project performance to ensure scope, quality, schedule, and financial objectives are achieved.
  • \n

  • Support commissioning, startup activities, warranty transition, and project closeout.
  • \n

What We're Looking For

\n

    \n
  • 5+ years of project management experience in industrial, mechanical, HVAC, packaged equipment, manufacturing, or mission-critical environments.
  • \n

  • Experience managing customer-facing capital projects from kickoff through completion.
  • \n

  • Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
  • \n

  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, fabrication, procurement, and construction.
  • \n

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • \n

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline .
  • \n

  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • \n
