(Contract – Remote)

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager / Project Coordinator to support a major enterprise initiative at our client. This is a remote contract opportunity through the remainder of the year with potential to extend.

This individual will split responsibilities across two key areas:

• 50% supporting a Program Manager leading a large-scale enterprise network modernization project
• 50% providing broader project coordination, task management and operational support to the Program Manager

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Infrastructure Modernization Support (50%)

• Partner closely with the Program Manager to support planning and execution of a large enterprise infrastructure modernization initiative
• Assist in tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
• Coordinate across technical teams including infrastructure, networking, security, and related functions
• Prepare status updates, dashboards, and executive-ready reporting
• Ensure timelines and action items are clearly documented and followed through

Program Management & Coordination Support (50%)

• Set up and maintain project workflows in Jira (boards, tickets, tracking, reporting)
• Manage communications across stakeholders and project teams
• Drive meeting cadence (scheduling, agendas, notes, follow-ups)
• Maintain documentation repositories and ensure version control
• Ensure strong project structure, organization, and accountability across workstreams

Required Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience using Jira for project tracking and workflow management
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously
• Comfortable working in a highly structured, deadline-driven environment

Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting enterprise network projects (cloud migration, data center modernization, networking, security, etc.)
• Experience working in large enterprise environments
• Familiarity with formal project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)

Pay rate $55 - $67 W2 depending on experience
