I am working with a fast-growing project and cost consultancy located in London Bridge who are searching for a motivated and bright Project Manager to join their well-established project management team.\n\nThe Project Manager will bring experience carrying out pre & post contract duties across project lifecycles within the industrial, commercial office and data centre sector.\n\nThe Company that the Project Manager will join: \n\nThe Project Manager will be joining a modern and socially conscious project management consultancy that have a strong pipeline of projects within the industrial, data centre and commercial office sector. The Project Manager will be expected to support the delivery of projects which are a mixture of new build, refurbishment and fit outs with contract values ranging from £30m-£90m.\n\nThe Project Manager will be joining the project management team which consists of the Project Director, 3 Associate Directors, 5 Project Managers, Junior Project Managers and Commercial Managers.\n\nThe Project Manager role:\n\nThe Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of projects from start-finish, whilst liaising with multidisciplinary teams throughout project lifecycles to ensure projects stay on track to handover. The Project Manager will be joining a forward-thinking consultancy who have a reputation for delivering excellent projects.\n\nThe Project Manager will be supporting the delivery of projects which are located in London and surrounding areas.\n\nYou will be responsible for: \n\nCollaborating with whole Project Management team to drive schemes forward to completion\nCommunicating with external parties such as contractors and sub-contractors\nProvide support/mentorship to junior members of the project management team\nReporting progress feedback on Projects to Senior members of project management team\nReviewing costs regularly to ensure Schemes are within budget constraints\nArranging meetings with clients\nEnsure all works are compliant with safety and quality standardsProject Manager requirements: \n\nExperience working for a UK construction consultancy\nIndustrial, data centre or commercial office experience\nA Full Member of RICS (MRICS) \nBSc/MSc Project Management\nConfident at managing schemes simultaneously\nGood awareness of pre and post contract stages\nStrong communication and interpersonal skillsWhat would be offered:\n\n£55,000-£65,000 per annum salary package\n25 days annual leave + bank holiday\nFlexible working\nWork Laptop / Phone\nQuarterly bonuses up to 18%\nRICS APC support\nStrong pension contribution\nPositive work environment\nQuarterly company eventsIf you are a Project Manager who is searching for an exciting opportunity within a growing, successful construction consultancy, please contact Luca Beltrami at Ernest and Florent.\n\n(phone number removed) - (phone number removed)\n\nReference - LB(phone number removed)
