Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage our data center projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and data center operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage data center construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against these benchmarks.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to safety regulations.
- Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and upper management regularly.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in data center construction or similar industries.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and practices related to data centers.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP or similar) is .
