Position Overview
The Senior Construction Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, with a focus on data centers. This role involves managing project timelines, ensuring quality standards, and leading a team of construction professionals to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple construction projects from conception to completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
  • Manage and mentor junior construction staff and subcontractors to promote professional development.
  • Implement project management software and tools to enhance project tracking and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on data centers .
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing construction teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and make timely decisions under pressure.

Benefits

$160,000 - $200,000 base + 25%+ annual bonus

Relocation Assistance: Relocation assistance will be provided for candidates not currently residing within commuting distance and need to fully relocate to the Sparks area.
