Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee the construction and operation of our data centers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and a deep understanding of data center operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for data center projects.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports on status and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies throughout the construction process.
  • Manage project budgets and timelines, adjusting as necessary to meet objectives.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site during construction.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent in data center construction or similar projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field .
  • Certifications in construction management or project management are a plus.
