MEP Quantity Surveyor – Frankfurt

Immediate Start | Data Centre Projects | Tier 1 Contractor

Are you an MEP QS with data centre or mission critical experience? Here’s your chance to join a major hyperscale build in Frankfurt with a leading international contractor.

Your Role:

• Manage cost estimates, budgets & commercial reports for MEP packages
• Oversee procurement, contracts & tender documentation
• Track valuations, variations & change orders
• Drive cost control alongside Project Managers & Engineers
• Ensure compliance with EU/German construction standards

✅ What You’ll Need:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying / Engineering (or similar)
• 3+ years’ MEP QS experience (data centre/mission critical ideal)
• Strong commercial & contractual knowledge
• Proficiency in MS Office & cost tools
• Available to mobilise immediately in Frankfurt
