JOB SUMMARY:
The Quotations Clerk performs various clerical duties, processes inquiries and assists all members within the Quotations Department in order to maximize the efficiency of the department to provide quotations in a timely and efficient manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee the flow of paperwork including new inquiries, quotations, customer specifications, orders and other documents.
• General office duties
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Proficient typing skills
• Work and interface with all management levels
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Work with minimum supervision
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
• High School graduate
