Nexeo HR is hiring an experienced RMA & Returns Clerk to join a high-tech data center team in Sparks, NV (USA Parkway area). Responsibilities

  • Manage Return Material Authorization (RMA) processes, including receiving, inspecting, documenting, and tracking returned parts
  • Verify and separate materials by barcode, inspect for damage, and label for correct processing
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, perform daily/monthly cycle counts, and escalate discrepancies promptly
  • Process inbound and outbound shipments accurately, ensuring documentation and system updates comply with SOPs
  • Prepare and process Bills of Lading (BOLs) for domestic and international shipments
  • Order packaging materials and maintain appropriate stock levels
  • Resolve RMA tickets and coordinate with internal departments to meet customer service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
  • Support cross-department collaboration, assisting with shipping, receiving, and spares inventory as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work area in accordance with company standards

Qualifications

  • 1–2+ years of experience in RMA, returns, shipping/receiving, or inventory control (data center or warehouse environment )
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), SAP, or RF scanners
  • Strong accuracy in data entry, documentation, and inventory reconciliation
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs (team lifts) and work on your feet for most of the shift
  • Reliable transportation to the USA Parkway area
  • Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening

Pay

$25.00 per hour

Schedule

Day Shift | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Must be willing to work overtime on weekdays and Saturdays as needed
