Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Safety Administrator to support our Corporate Safety team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, adaptable, and interested in building a career in workplace safety.

The position requires flexibility in scheduling, as some days may involve extended hours or occasional weekend work depending on operational needs. The Safety Administrator will also be required to travel to various locations to assist with safety initiatives, inspections, and compliance.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to enter or grow within the safety field, as training can be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Corporate Safety team to support company safety programs and policies
• Travel to job sites to assist with safety inspections and safety initiatives
• Help monitor compliance with company safety procedures
• Assist with incident reporting and documentation
• Support safety training efforts and employee communication
• Maintain safety records and documentation
• Promote a strong culture of safety across all locations

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules
• Willingness to travel to various locations as needed
• Flexibility to work extended hours or occasional weekends when required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office )
• Previous safety experience is a plus, but not required
