We are looking for a Sales who is excited about technology, energy, and business and wants hands-on experience supporting the development and commercialization of advanced power electronics products.

Position Overview
\n
The Sales will support product management, market research, competitive intelligence, technical documentation, and sales enablement activities.
\n
\n
This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate who enjoys learning how technology translates into commercial products and wants exposure to power electronics, renewable energy, energy storage, and B2B technology sales.
\n
\n
Key Responsibilities
\n
Product & Market Research
\n
Research solar inverters, converters, DC-DC converters, PCS, energy storage systems, and related power electronics.
\n
Track industry trends, emerging technologies, competitors, and new product launches.
\n
Research target applications and customer requirements.
\n
Help identify new markets and potential applications for Matrix Power products.
\n
\n
Competitive Intelligence
\n
Monitor competitors' products, specifications, pricing, partnerships, and go-to-market strategies.
\n
Research companies operating in solar, energy storage, microgrids, data centers, EV charging, and electrification.
\n
\n
Product Management Support
\n
Assist in developing product datasheets, presentations, brochures, and other product materials.
\n
Help maintain product specifications and documentation.
\n
Assist with preparing product launch materials.
\n
\n
Sales & Business Development Support
\n
Develop target customer and prospect lists.
\n
Research potential customers, distributors, EPCs, developers, system integrators, and OEM partners.
\n
Prepare sales presentations and product comparison materials.
\n
Support CRM and sales pipeline activities.
\n
Help identify potential strategic partners and channel opportunities.
\n
\n
Technical Support
\n
Learn and communicate basic concepts related to power conversion and electrical systems.
\n
Assist with translating technical product specifications into customer-friendly .
\n
Work with engineering and business-development teams to organize technical information.
\n
\n
Qualifications
\n
Required
\n
Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy, Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
\n
Strong analytical and research skills.
\n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
\n
Ability to organize and analyze technical and business information.
\n
Strong attention to detail.
\n
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
\n
\n
\n
Coursework or experience in electrical engineering, power electronics, renewable energy, energy storage, or related technologies.
\n
Familiarity with solar PV, batteries, inverters, converters, or power systems.
\n
Experience conducting competitive research or market analysis.
\n
Experience with CRM systems, databases, or business intelligence tools.
\n
Ability to read and understand basic electrical specifications and datasheets.
