Covering Territory: UK & Ireland and other markets if required\n\nKey Clients: TSOs, DNOs, EPC companies, BESS developers, and data centre operators, as well as other strategic clients (e.g., Grid, Scottish Power Energy Networks, SSE, ESB)\n\nSalary: 100,000£ per annum\n\nBenefits: 20% bonus, Car Allowance, Private Health Care\n\nResponsibilities\n\n * Full commercial responsibility for UK & Ireland, with oversight of additional strategic markets as required\n\n * Own and develop key strategic accounts across TSOs, DNOs, BESS developers, Data Centres, and EPCs\n\n * Build long-term executive-level relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers\n\n * Define and lead the overall sales strategy aligned with business growth objectives\n\n * Take full accountability for revenue growth, order intake, and margin performance\n\n * Drive large-scale, complex deal origination and closing across target sectors\n\n * Oversee and optimise the sales pipeline, ensuring strong conversion rates\n\n * Lead bid/no-bid decisions and define commercial strategies for key tenders\n\n * Provide strategic direction on commercial and technical proposals\n\n * Drive market analysis, competitor intelligence, and strategic positioning\n\n * Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team (if applicable)\n\n * Work closely with senior leadership, engineering, and project teams to align business strategy\n\n * Own sales forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking at leadership level\n\n * Ensure compliance with company policies, governance, and commercial risk frameworks\n\nBenefits\n\n * Competitive salary and executive bonus structure\n\n * 25 days annual leave + bank holidays\n\n * Flexible working\n\n * Allowance Private medical insurance\n\n * Pension contribution\n\n * Car allowance or company car\n\n * Training and leadership development programmes
