Senior Director - Structures\n\nLondon\n\nUp to £110k + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits\n\nAn exceptional leadership opportunity within a top consultancy.\n\nAn outstanding opportunity has arisen with a leading consultancy for an experienced leader to take on a pivotal Senior Director role within their structures team.\n\nThis position offers the chance to shape, grow and lead multiple high-performing teams, while driving technical excellence and business success across London and the South East.\n\nThe role provides strategic, technical and commercial leadership across several structural engineering teams, with a strong focus on complex substructure and foundation design, particularly on challenging brownfield sites. Acting as a key technical authority, the successful candidate will lead major projects, strengthen client relationships and play a central role in expanding a diverse and high-value project pipeline across sectors such as data centres, industrial and residential.\n\nThis is a rare opportunity to build and scale teams, influence business direction and secure flagship projects within a dynamic and growing environment.
