With a strong pipeline of work across the Midlands region, they are looking to appoint a Senior Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Role
As Senior Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of a major project in the Midlands. You will work closely with the Project Manager and Site Management team to ensure technical excellence, programme adherence, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and mentor junior engineers and technical staff
*
Coordinate site engineering control and set-out activities
*
Liaise with design teams and subcontractors to resolve technical issues
*
Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and building regulations
*
Monitor quality standards and implement quality assurance procedures
*
Contribute to planning and progress reporting
*
Attend site meetings and provide engineering input
What We’re Looking For:
*
Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
*
5+ years’ experience in a site engineering role, ideally with a main contractor
*
Proven experience delivering large-scale building or civils projects
*
Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving ability
*
Excellent communication and leadership skills
*
Full driver’s licence and willingness to work on site in the Midlands
