You will work closely with the Project Manager and Site Management team to ensure technical excellence, programme adherence, and quality control.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Manage and mentor junior engineers and technical staff\n\n * \n\n Coordinate site engineering control and set-out activities\n\n * \n\n Liaise with design teams and subcontractors to resolve technical issues\n\n * \n\n Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and building regulations\n\n * \n\n Monitor quality standards and implement quality assurance procedures\n\n * \n\n Contribute to planning and progress reporting\n\n * \n\n Attend site meetings and provide engineering input\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n\n * \n\n Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline\n\n * \n\n 5+ years’ experience in a site engineering role, ideally with a main contractor\n\n * \n\n Proven experience delivering large-scale building or civils projects\n\n * \n\n Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving ability\n\n * \n\n Excellent communication and leadership skills\n\n * \n\n Full driver’s licence and willingness to work on site in the Midlands\n\nWhat’s on Offer:\n\n * \n\n Permanent position with a leading Tier 1 contractor\n\n * \n\n Competitive salary and benefits package\n\n * \n\n Exposure to high-value, landmark projects\n\n * \n\n Career development opportunities and professional support\n\n * \n\n Collaborative and dynamic team environment\n\nApply now to find out more or contact us in confidence to discuss the opportunity in greater detail
