This Senior Analyst, FP&A role supports strategic decision-making across a fast-growing, institutionally backed renewables and infrastructure platform, with responsibility for planning, forecasting, valuation and capital allocation. The position partners closely with investment and development teams, combining core FP&A with deal-driven analysis to optimise performance across a diverse portfolio.

Description
- Broad remit spanning budgeting, forecasting, valuation, capital allocation and scenario analysis
- Build and maintain integrated financial reporting models consolidating business plans for each business segment
- Develop scenario analysis for valuations and funding needs
- Close partnering with investment and development teams on acquisitions and projects
- Blend of corporate FP&A and deal / project finance responsibilities
- Provide insights on deal structuring, pricing strategy, and negotiation support
- Translate complex financial data into clear recommendations for non-finance stakeholders
- Collaborate with investment & development teams to challenge assumptions and align financial plans with operational reality
- Monitor financial performance of the business segments
- Track KPIs such as variance analysis (forecast vs actual), rent metrics, margins, capex, ROI, value uplift etc
- Prepare monthly management reports and board-level presentations
- High visibility role with regular interaction with senior leadership and investors
Profile
- You will have 4+ years' experience in FP&A, corporate finance or a related analytical finance role
- Hold a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with a strong academic background
- Demonstrates advanced financial modelling capability and strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience working with complex data sets, scenario analysis and performance reporting
- Real Estate or Investment Portfolio background desirable
- Is commercially minded, with the ability to balance detail with big-picture thinking
- Strong stakeholder skills and confidence engaging with senior, non-finance audiences
Job Offer
- Competitive base salary ranging from £60,000 to £65,000 per annum.
