Infrastucture\nLocation: Central London\nRole Overview\nAn exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to join a Tier-1 M&E Contractor renowned for delivering high-profile projects across Commercial Shell & Core, Office Fit-Outs, Life-Sciences, Data Centre, Infrastructure sectors. As a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor, you will manage the financial performance and commercial success of complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.\nKey Responsibilities\n * \n Lead the commercial management of M&E packages on high-value projects\n * \n Manage project budgets, cost control, forecasting and cash flow\n * \n Administer contracts including valuations, variations and change control\n * \n Procure and manage subcontractor and supplier packages\n * \n Prepare and present monthly cost and value reports\n * \n Measure and value works completed and assess subcontractor applications\n * \n Lead final account negotiations with clients and supply chain\n * \n Identify and manage commercial risk and opportunity\n * \n Maintain effective commercial relationships with clients, consultants and internal teams\n * \n Support and mentor junior commercial staff as required\nQualifications & Experience\n * HND/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent\n * Minimum 5+ years’ experience in M&E Quantity Surveying, ideally with Tier-1 M&E contractors.\n * Strong understanding of M&E systems, cost control, and standard contracts (JCT/NEC).\n * Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.\n * Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.\nSalary & Package\n * Competitive salary: £85,000 - £105,000 (depending on experience).\n * Comprehensive benefits package, including paid travel expenses, performance bonuses, pension, and healthcare\nIf you would like to be considered for this fantastic opportunity, please apply today, and I will be in touch shortly
