A key player within the data centre space is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with exposure to working on data centre projects as they increase their central London office.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working with clients across the UK and Europe, and supporting the current cost management DC team with the delivery of projects from the initial feasibility through to final accounts.

- Comfortable working across various forms of contract
- Client facing
- Worked as a Senior QS within a PQS / Construction Consultancy practice
- Excellent pre and post contract knowledge
