O'Neill & Brennan are partnering with a well-established contractor who are seeking to appoint an experienced Site Manager on a permanent basis to join their London Data Centre team.\n\nPurpose of the Role\n\nTo oversee site operations on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that all work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards of quality.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nEnsure client expectations are met by delivering a high-quality end product while maintaining professional relationships with design teams and client representatives.\n\nUphold the highest standards in health and safety, quality and client service ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and snag-free.\n\nAccurately report progress and site activities in a timely manner to senior management.\n\nManage and coordinate subcontractors to ensure all work meets required standards with minimal rework.\n\nPlan, coordinate, and execute project works in accordance with contract documents and construction programmes.\n\nFoster strong working relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors, and the wider supply chain.\n\nSchedule and resource work effectively in line with the overall project programme.\n\nCollaborate closely with the project Quantity Surveyor to identify and address potential issues proactively.\n\nCandidate Profile:\n\nExtensive knowledge of the construction industry and project execution processes.\n\nProven experience in internal fit-out and data centre projects.\n\nProficient in MS Office and project scheduling software (e.g., MS Project or similar).\n\nStrong ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.\n\nExcellent attention to detail and a track record of delivering high-quality projects on time.\n\nClear and confident communicator, both verbally and in writing.\n\nSelf-motivated, with sound judgement and composure under pressure.\n\nStrong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and drive performance.\n\nWhats on Offer?\n\nExcellent salary\nPension\nTravel Expenses\nHealthcare\n\nCareer Development:\n\nThis organisation promotes a well-defined career progression framework, supported by a Professional Development Programme (PDP) and a structured mentoring system. These initiatives form the foundation of the company’s success.\n\nFor high-performing individuals, the typical progression path moves from Site Manager → Senior Site Manager → Project Manager → Contracts Manager.\n\nO’Neill and Brennan values and promotes equality, All individuals will be treated in a fair and equal manner and in accordance with the law regardless of , marital status, , , , , disability or
