Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, developing personalized treatment plans based on clinical judgment and client input.

  • Provide ongoing therapy sessions via telehealth, employing various therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing.

  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of therapy sessions in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

  • Develop and deliver psychoeducational resources to empower clients and their families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will include a diverse range of clients, from those experiencing common mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and stress to individuals facing more complex challenges like substance abuse and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

  • A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work (MSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

  • Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

  • A minimum of four years of experience in a clinical setting, focusing on mental health counseling.
