Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, developing personalized treatment plans based on clinical judgment and client input.
- Provide ongoing therapy sessions via telehealth, employing various therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of therapy sessions in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
- Develop and deliver psychoeducational resources to empower clients and their families.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Qualifications\n

- A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work (MSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
- Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.
- A minimum of four years of experience in a clinical setting, focusing on mental health counseling.
- In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.
